Who are we ?
Micro Injection Plastics was founded in April 2009 by Cyril and Sébastien Gras Grasboth from the plastics industry and passionate about technology innovation.
Governance structure:
Since 1 August 2011, the MIP governance has strenghtened, in addition to the founders with NovaPack group and AcuiPlast.
Cyril Gras
Cyril Gras was a mechanical training BTS option Microengineering he completed a degree in manufacturing new products at IUT Cachan.
It was during his year of license served as a project leader in the Dassault Aviation Falcon. It has established specifications for design of functional test benches. At the end of his studies, he held various positions within the company Renault in project management related to the structural study of part and assembly. Cyril with a very good knowledge of software design and simulation processes shaping polymeric materials.
He then joined the company Magna Steyr France to work on a draft design of the driver of Ferrari F149. In 2009, he started with his brother Sebastian MIP Company specializes in the design, modeling and fabrication of micro parts made of plastic. He served as CEO and is responsible for sales and quality within the company.

Sebastian spent his early career in the automotive industry. He worked for subcontractors in the industry including the creation of Cimax welding clamps for clients Tata and Fiat. After three years at Cimax, Sebastian has joined the company Gp Concept for the design of molds for micro parts for dental applications.
Sebastian has a very good knowledge of tools such as Catia, Mecahnical Desktop and Solid Works. He served as technical director of the company MIP.
