MIP brings the highest levels of engineering, design, micro injection molding and manufacturing expertise to deliver quality assistance throughout the product lifecycle from concept to production. As well as offering tooling services, MIP provides a testing suite for predicting the moldability of new applications. Where necessary, MIP assists in the product design to facilitate better results. We continually monitor our micro flow forecasts, improving our estimates of the proper filling and the percentage capacity of the molding equipment required for each application.
In addition, MIP develop a variety of customised molds for specific materials, which allows us to estimate the results without needing to prototype for some applications.
