MIP (Micro Injection Plastics) is a company that was founded in April 2009 by twin brothers Cyril and Sébastien Gras. Since 1 August 2011, MIP has approached the company AcuiPlast, specializing in the development and manufacture of micro parts. AcuiPlast is also positioned in the field of microelectronics, folding, cutting and surface treatment. MIP now sister of AcuiPlast, enjoys the reputation of the industrial shareholders recognized the group Novapack Technologies and DTP Plastibell.
MIP specializes in the design and manufacture of micro parts by injection molding for medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, electronic and automotive industries.
The company has Solidworks design software and simulation software for flow injection Cad. MIP has already completed the manufacture of several items as medical implants intended for infants, medical devices for personal assistance, micro-connectors, microwave components destined for the automobile, and has many new products under development.
In addition to these capabilities historical MIP now has two additional presses (25 and 100T) in a plant certified ISO 9001, metrology equipment suitable for micro-parts, workshop manufacturing and development of molds.
MIP supports client projects from conception to the realization of prototypes and pre-production and engineering team is listening to the customer to achieve the products on time and within budget.
